We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed, with most orders being despatched the same day.
From despatch, orders sent by our standard delivery service will typically take between 2 and 4 working days to be delivered but please allow up to 6 working days.
Orders placed with Special delivery before 11am will arrive the next working day for 99% of the UK. There is no Saturday delivery for this service and orders made on a Friday will arrive Monday. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
If goods cannot be delivered for any reason by our nominated carrier and are returned to us as a result of non-delivery, we will refund the price of the goods less all delivery costs provided the goods are received back in their original condition.
If you believe an item is lost in the post, unfortunately we can’t refund or redeliver your item until 15 working days (10 for special delivery) after the date of despatch. This is because our service provider will not investigate lost mail until this point, and until then it is likely the product will still be delivered.
If you have an item which you believe is lost and today’s date is more than 15 working days after despatch (10 for special delivery), please email [email protected] stating your order number and whether you’d like a redelivery or a refund. We aim to process your request within 5 days.

International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country’s specific regulations. Limited Edition is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchaser will be liable to pay the returns costs. If the returns cost exceeds the products value and the option of abandoning/destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order.
